Pricing

- Initial Consultation: $300 - a one-time fee for your first, more extensive and longer visit, including intake, history review, and initial treatment planning.

- Monthly Membership: $199/month* begins one month after your initial consultation.

- Your monthly rate is locked in at the price in effect when you enroll and will not increase for as long as your membership remains active and continuous.
