During this time, we meet more frequently, make medication adjustments as needed, and stay in close communication to support your progress every step of the way. When you achieve your goal weight or are feeling balanced and well after menopause you will switch to Maintenance Care Membership at a lower monthly rate.

What's included:
● A comprehensive initial consultation at no additional cost
● Structured video follow-ups when clinically indicated, at no added cost. Typically monthly at first, then every 3 months.
● Ongoing support between appointments through secure messaging
● Access to deeply discounted cash‑pay lab pricing
● Referral discounts: 5% off per referral, up to 25% total savings on your active care membership
This level is designed for patients who are no longer needing medication adjustments because they have reached their goal weight or are feeling well with current treatment of menopause symptoms. It provides ongoing oversight and continuity of care for those who want to maintain their progress while preserving a long-term relationship with their physician.

● Video visits are needed less frequently, but still occur at least every 6 months (or as clinically appropriate)
